    Biggers was last seen in Panama City Beach, Florida on Sunday, January 27, 2008, at the LaQuinta Inn. She was seen going into her room at 7.00 p.m.
    It appeared her bed had not been slept in and all her belongings were in the room. Including her purse and cell phone, her car was still parked outside. No sign of struggle. She resides in Hueytown, Alabama.
