    Lucinda was last seen June 24, 1979 in Torrance, CA. She was walking back to her grandmother's house, after a Christian youth meeting at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church.

    Serial killers Lawrence Bittaker and Roy Norris confessed to her abduction and homicide. They forced her into their car and took her to a remote area off a fire road in the San Gabriel Mountains. She has never been located.

    Cindy was the first victim of the Toolbox Killers, who would later be found guilty for raping and murdering five girls between the ages of thirteen and eighteen.
