    • Details of Disappearance
    She was last seen walking away from her mother's apartment in San Diego, California. She told her mom she was going outside to play. Rasheeyda was living with her mother and younger sister on the second floor of the Yale Hotel, a single-room occupancy inn on F Street in downtown San Diego. Rasheeyda and a friend spent the morning playing on the fire escape of a neighboring building. The landlord, concerned about their safety, sent them home. Rasheeyda stayed in for a while, then left to play outside again at about 2:30 p.m. When she missed dinner and hadn’t come home by 8 p.m., her mother, Vicki Wilson, called police. Rasheeyda had disappeared a few months earlier and was found playing near a school later in the day. No suspects were ever publicly identified or any arrests made.
